February 2, 2016 - UNITED STATES - The Great Dr. Delbert Blair has passed on the morning of Sunday, January 31st, 2016 at 8:43am.

This great man awakened millions of people from around the world with his message. And in his memory we can all honor him by raising to our highest vibration internally, and expressing the highest thoughts externally.

This page is a memorial to his life, what he has taught, the love he has shown to all of us. We must do our best to carry those wise words into the future.  

Great men and women never actually die they continue to live in the consciousness of thousands if not millions that they have affected.  

Let us all press forth even stronger for what Dr. Blair believed in, which was Total Harmony, Master Knowledge, Consciousness and Wellness of the Mind, Body, and Soul.  He will not be forgotten.

Dr. Delbert Blair was an engineer, research scientist, meta-physic teacher, historian of the highest level nd expert on terrestrial and extra-terrestrial matters alike.
